Televisions, Projectors and Computers:
FLAT SCREEN TVs – We rent flat panel TVs from Sony, Toshiba and NEC. Whether you need a high resolution, professional model for a corporate trade show or a basic TV for the Super Bowl or a Big East Syracuse Orange football game, every flat screen TV we rent will give you a perfect picture! We have flat screen TVs ranging from 26” to 60” in size, with a wide selection of stands to choose from, call for a suggestion as to what is best for you!
LCD PROJECTORS – We rent a current selection of projectors, ranging from small, portable LCD projectors for your PowerPoint slide show or video at your wedding reception or dinner meeting up to large venue LCD projectors for awards banquets, symposiums, conventions and annual events. For presentations small or large, we have the portable LCD projector ideal for your group and function. Choose from DLP (best for DVD playback) to LCD for high quality graphics and photograph projection.
LAPTOP COMPUTERS – We have the latest Dell laptop computers available for rental for your presentation needs. Additionally, we also provide wireless presentation remote controls, long VGA cables and now digital cabling for an even better image!
Portable Screens:
PROJECTION SCREENS – In addition to LCD projector rental, we have a full array of portable projection screens for rent. Our inventory ranges from traditional tripod projection screens (up to 8 feet), to the newer and nicer Insta-theater screens (up to 100-inch diagonal size). For larger venues, we have a complete selection of Da-Lite Fastfold screens available. These screens are appropriate for larger banquet rooms, ballrooms, auditoriums, church chapels, gymnasiums, outdoor movie showings, etc. Having the appropriate screen size and type is important in getting people involved in your presentation. Traditional tripod screens range in size from 5’ to 8’ wide. Keep in mind that the newer and nicer Insta-Theater screens range in size from 60” diagonal to 100″ diagonal, but still do not replace the tripod screen in every setting.
FASTFOLD (FIXED FRAME) SCREENS – This is a third category of portable projection screens available for rental. These screens consist of an aluminum frame, a projection surface that snaps onto the frame and two legs that fasten to the frame. They pick up in size where the tripods and Insta-theater screens leave off, making them best suited for larger groups in ballrooms, banquet rooms, auditoriums, etc. Velour drape kits and skirting are also an option for formal events.
SPANDEX SCREENS, AKA DJ SCREENS – Some people prefer a more contemporary projection screen that has a different look. These screens are commonly seen at parties and wedding receptions.
PA Systems:
PA SYSTEMS – We have wireless handheld, lapel clip-on and headset microphones available for rental. If you are on a tight budget, remember that we still have plenty of wired microphones that sound great! We have PA sound systems that are suitable for small groups, large groups and everything in between, at reasonable prices.
WIRELESS MICROPHONES – We have professional grade Shure wireless microphones for rental in either handheld, lapel clip-on or headset (aka “over-the-ear” variety like you see on TV) styles to choose from. (Note: Wireless microphones always need to be connected to a PA system.)
WIRED MICROPHONES – We have traditional SM58s for performers as well as condenser microphones for the general population to make even the least experienced speakers sound like they’re in Carnegie Hall.
Miscellaneous:
CONFERENCE PHONES – We rent Polycom and Gentner conference phone systems for your Syracuse or Central New York area meetings. Let us know how many people will be included in your meeting and we can recommend either a tabletop system or one that will connect to a more powerful portable or house PA sound system.
LECTERNS & PODIUMS – We have contemporary, traditional and basic floor and table top units for rental for any meeting, event or occasion. Rent the traditional wood veneer style or try our new Euro Deluxe with a sleek black gooseneck microphone for a more contemporary look. Get your Syracuse event noticed—these are great for corporate events, press conferences, ground breakings or grand openings!
EASEL RENTAL – Do you want to keep your audio visual presentation basic and low-tech? At Francis Audio Visual, we have a complete selection of flipchart and signboard easels for rental that are ideal for small and large meetings. Easel accessories such as markers and paper are also available, as well as convenient delivery and pickup.
STAGE PLATFORMS – Are you planning an event that calls for having the head table or lectern to be elevated? We have high quality staging available for rental. With a grey carpeted surface on one side to be used indoors and black hard surface on the other for outdoors, our staging is solid and aesthetically pleasing at the same time. Great for banquet house wedding receptions!
